  • Refunds Before 24 Hours: If you wish to request a refund, you must do so within 24 hours of your purchase. Refund requests after this period will not be considered.

  • Refund Process: To request a refund, you must send an email to info@sandysflowersandmore.com with photos of the product you are requesting a refund for. Your email should include your order number, contact information, and a clear description of the reason for the refund request.

1.3 Non-Returnable Products: Please be aware that, in accordance with the business laws of Ottawa, Canada, flowers, plants, and gift products are not returnable after 24 hours of purchase. Once this time has passed, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for these items.

1.4 Flower or Plant Substitution: It is common for our designers to make flower or plant substitutions without customer consent, provided the substitution aligns with the overall theme and quality of the arrangement. The primary objective of substitution is to ensure the timely delivery of your order. If you have specific concerns about substitutions, please communicate them at the time of order placement.

2. Delivery and Shipping

2.1 Delivery Timelines: We make every effort to ensure your orders are delivered within the specified timelines. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen delays. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time at the time of purchase.

2.2 Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery address details. We are not responsible for any issues or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
